Knowing that it’s not forever. Living each day at a time but also mentally having something to look forward to, for example seeing your friends or going on a trip. We don't know when that will be but it will be one day! Also do something every day that makes you feel good. Put on makeup. Or read a few pages of an inspiring book. Meditate. Bake banana bread (yes everyone seems to be doing this right now haha but there is something lovely about baking and I have never been into it until now!).
